YEMEN: Terror Attacks May Slow Down Peace Efforts but Terror Will be Crushed, Says UAE Paper

ABU DHABI, Aug 30 (WAM) - A United Arab Emirates (UAE) newspaper has said that over 70 lives have been lost at an army recruitment camp in Yemen in a suicide attack claimed by Daesh. The paper says that this is no small number, but efforts for peace in the country will continue with aid and support from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the Arab world. The rebuilding process was in full swing in the south of the country under the control of the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

YEMEN: Al Houthis Should Welcome New Peace Plan, Says UAE Paper

Instead, the announcement of the plan was greeted by rocket attacks from Al Houthi forces that struck well over the border, hitting a power station in Saudi Arabia.
